To apply to the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, complete the Faculty of Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies Online Application Form. This will take 45 to 60 minutes to complete. You will be required to scan and upload academic transcripts from all of the post-secondary institutions you have attended, a statement of intent, and a CV. Three references are also required. Graduate Record Examination (GRE) test scores are not required.
Those applying from a university outside of Canada at which English is not the primary language of instruction must provide TOEFL or IELTS test scores.
For the Master of Science Program starting in September 2017, students must complete the online application and have submitted supporting documentation by January 15, 2017.
For the PhD Program starting in September 2017, students must complete the online application and have submitted supporting documentation by February 15, 2017.
